VoIP E-9-1-1 service may have certain limitations vs. traditional E-9-1-1 service as VoIP is dependent on your Internet connection & power, so we therefore can NOT guarantee 24/7/365 9-1-1 operation on our VoIP service. For these reasons we recommended you also have a cellular phone or other option available for emergency calls. All services are subject to a fair usage policy & normal use (i.e. no telemarketers on these plans, inbound Residential use is limited to 50 different numbers per month and a reasonable total inbound minutes used). Calls to 4-1-1 operators are $1.25 per call, unless customer requests 4-1-1 calls to be redirected to a free directory service (if/when one is available). Certain non-verbal systems such as Satellite or TV Pay-Per-View, monitored alarms, dial-up modems, fax machines & other similar devices may not be compatible over VoIP services.
